Cedar Barn
The Cedar Barn hall is a great venue for your party or meeting.
It provides a great location and is the perfect venue for hosting business meetings, conferences, presentations, parties, family occasions, workshops, classes and other groups. With a new addition of top quality AV equipment you can add even more status to your events which will wow and impress your attendees. The AV equipment is able to play music, access free TV channels and broaden access to your meetings to allow virtual audiences to attend. Please do check licensing laws if you wish to play music, show a film etc. The Bookings Clerk can help signpost you for further information but it is the hirer’s responsibility to get the correct license.
The Barn was built 18 years ago and has a well equipped kitchen together with the beautiful hall and three cloakrooms – one of which has been specially designed for disabled use.
The dimensions of the Barn are 11.4m x 5.1m x 3.2m (to bottom of beam).
The room hire includes the use of 60 comfortable chairs and ten 6′ x 2′ 6″ tables
There is ample free parking outside, with wheelchair & pram ramp access to the wide door and entrance lobby.
Available for:
- Single, one-off bookings for an occasional event (Birthday Party, Anniversary Party, Small Wedding Reception etc)
- Regular Weekly bookings (Clubs, Table-top Sales, Dance Classes, Coffee Mornings, Tea Dances etc)
- Regular Monthly Bookings (Ladies Groups, U3A, Clubs, Societies, Round-Tablers, Gentleman’s Groups etc)
Hire Charge:
- £18 per hour which includes the use of the fully equipped kitchen for the duration of the hire period. Wi-Fi now available (Parishioners of Hazlemere will only pay £15 per hour)

The Stables
The Stables Hall is available for hire.
The Stables, Barn Lane, Cedar Avenue, Hazlemere, HP15 7BQ.
This was the original Stable Block for Cedar Park House.
The dimensions of The Stables are 14.4m x 4.4m. The available tables are measured at 6x2ft.
It was rebuilt in 1995, and now has:
- a recently refurbished large meeting room for up to 50 people with three cloakrooms and a large kitchen;
- a storage area currently used by the 8th High Wycombe Scouts;
- two additional rooms used by Hazlemere Gardening Association; and
- a working yard that the Warden uses for the daily activities of the Parish Council.
Hire Charge:
- £14 per hour which includes the use of the fully equipped kitchen for the duration of the hire period. Wifi is now available. (Parishioners of Hazlemere will only pay £11 per hour)

Hazlemere Memorial Hall
This Hall is owned by the Parish Council, which completed the rebuild of this Community Building at Amersham Road Recreation Ground in 2010 with an investment of over £650,000.
On the ground floor the building has an office, a Pre School Rooms including a small kitchen, 2 changing rooms and toilets. The first floor is accessed by stairs and a small lift to allow disabled access. On the first floor there are two function rooms, toilets, a large kitchen and a committee room. Access is also available from an outside stair case to the first floor function room.
Outside is a large car park, garden for Pre School use. There is a very large loft space.
The building is leased by the Hazlemere Memorial Hall Charitable Incorporated Trust and part sub let to Hazlemere Pre-School Ltd.
All first floor rooms are avialbale to hire from 7pm on a Friday – 11.45pm on a Sunday. The smaller room is available to hire 24/7.
