Consultation on further proposed modifications to the Hazlemere Neighbourhood Plan

Buckinghamshire Council is consulting on further proposed modifications to the Hazlemere Neighbourhood Plan. This is in response to legal advice on Policy HAZNP5 and whether it meets basic conditions. The council has concluded that further modifications are required to meet the basic conditions. The consultation lasts for 6 weeks starting on 16th May 2023 and concluding at midnight on 27th June 2023.
